After three days of tough competition, Cambrie DeLaune and VF Leo Stinson won the Average at the Christmas In Dixie. Emma Kate Parr and her off-track Quarter Horse gelding, Pipe Down Compromise, came out on top in the American Qualifier.
First-time NFR qualifier Leslie Smalygo ran the fastest time of the rodeo so far last night! Hailey Kinsel is still sitting first in the World while Shelley Morgan leads the average.
“I am so connected to this team and I really want to watch them succeed because I too have an Aint Seen Nothin Yet offspring.” Watching Lisa Lockhart run an Aint Seen Nothin Yet offspring shows me and the other owners of one that we have something special in our barn.
During Round 6 of the WNFR, Bayleigh Choate made her best run yet, Emily Beisel and Brittany Pozzi Tonozzi tied for first, and downed barrels shook up the Average and World Standings. There will be a battle for the World Championship heading into the final rounds!
As we head into Round 5 of the NFR, here is a recap of the Round 4 Barrel Racing and the current world standings. Emily Beisel and Chongo made a fantastic run last night to win the round and $28,913.70!
American Rodeo Barrel Racing Semi Finals Slack and Buyback Rounds concluded on Saturday. Brittany Dallaire and her young horse Heavenly Harvey came out on top. Thirty-four riders will be advancing to the rodeo performances next week. (more…)
