Three-Year-Old Nails the Horse Training Thing

If your kid is going to imitate your coaching unprompted, at least it’s pretty flattering!

One of the great things about our sport is how many mothers and fathers can bring their little ones along for a day at the “office”. But you know, kids are smart little sponges. It may seem like all they’re doing all day is rolling in the dirt and trying to find the most horrifying thing in the grooming tote to put in their mouth, but they might actually be listening more than you think.

Case in point, this reader submission:

At least for this trainer, she can be reassured that she provides a lot of positive reinforcement to her clients! And I think her son has a bright future as an instructor.
