That’s Crazy: 2,000 miles in 42 days, on a rocking horse
Forty-four year old British former policeman Andy Seery is attempting to travel 2,000 miles in 42 days–on a rocking horse. Did we mention he’s also wearing a suit of armor?
He’ll probably get it done, too. This is the same guy who, in 2010, ran a total of 1,200 miles (a total of 40 marathons) in 31 days.
And then, of course, there was last year when he caused a scene by rowing a 13-foot yacht fitted with wheels across Europe.
Andy calls himself the Map Cop, a former British Metropolitan Police Officer who underwent a life-changing surgery after suffering a spinal injury. With his current rocking-horse challenge, he’s hoping to raise money for the Injured Jockeys Fund, Starlight Foundation and ABF The Soldiers’ Charity.
