Many thanks (sort of?) to reader Susan K. for sending that one our way. Here’s another from Ginger Z., who writes “‘Western sattle,’ later spelled as ‘seattle.’ Spelling is clearly not this person’s strong point; neither is photography!”
Western sattle – $50 (Lyman ME)
Western Seattle.. Good conduction. 50$ no less. Call or text for info.

Our friend over at Snarky Rider sent us this amazing one — she wisely took a screenshot because, as she correctly observed, “I suspect it will not be up long;)”
If you have trouble reading the small text, or if you just can’t believe your eyes, I’ll spell it out for you:
show your boobs for saddle (La Crosse)
I have an older saddle in good condition. I don’t need any more, and I have no idea the value of it, so erring on the cautious side I wondered if any lady would be in need of one and willing to flash your boobs in exchange. I mean in person, not just a pic, then you take this saddle and underblanket back to the farm and get some use out of it. I am sure it is a good quality one as it belonged to someone who liked the better to best quality items. Let me know if this sounds like a good barter to you.
Because that’s not creepy at all. Snarky Rider raises another very valid point: “”What no pics? What kind of saddle? I need to knooow before I bare my breasts! lol!”

Since we’re on the subject of saddles, here’s another one from Lynn, who writes, “Yikes! Hope no one tries to ride in this.”
English Horse Saddle – $25 (Maple Valley)
Leather English Horseback Riding Saddle. This saddle is usable, but has a rip and a little beat up. It could be used for training or as art. I measured it and I think it has a 18″ seat and a medium gullet (I’m not very familiar with English saddles). I’m asking $25
Yeah… still seems a little overpriced. Readers, if you run across an “interesting” ad in your Internet wanderings, send it our way! Email the link to [email protected]. Who knows–maybe you’ll help connect a horse with a safe, loving home. Go Riding.
