Rosie Napravnik’s fast becoming a household name in the racing industry for her accomplishments as a female jockey. She’s the highest-placing female jockey in history in the Kentucky Derby, which she’s now ridden in three times. She’s the first female jockey to win the Kentucky Oaks, which she’s won twice.

We’ve seen her in every Triple Crown race this year, as well as bringing home some undercard victories. For a rider who spent the first few years of her career disguising her gender under her helmet, she’s now become not only a successful jockey but also an inspiration. She’s humble, but talented; controlled, but highly driven. Above all else, she’s a horsewoman and a horse lover.

Rosie and her sponsor Wild Turkey partnered this spring to launch a new fundraising campaign for Rosie’s personal favorite charity, Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Center. This farm gives retired Thoroughbreds a dignified home to live out their days after their racing or breeding careers, specializing in stallions but also homing some old campaigners at the end of their race.

Wild Turkey has already made a $10,000 donation to Old Friends this year, but the whiskey distiller promises to donate another $1 for every tweet tagged #RideWithRosie to @WildTurkey (up to $10,000).

Rosie’s relationship with Wild Turkey started in 2013 with the company’s #Nevertamed campaign, which focused a series of commercials on individuals strongly committed to their personal goals. Check out Rosie’s video below:
