Extreme Hunters

Kelly Colwell has single handedly invented a new sport: Extreme Hunters. Or Haulting. There isn’t really an official name for this yet…

Colwell is part of the Foxfield Drill Team of Westlake Village, CA. She started teaching Nike the unique skill set involved in steering a horse without a bridle whilst standing on its back four months prior recording this video. Like we all do. Or not.

“She was a little frisky, but I think we were both a little nervous,” said Colwell. “The best part though was when we jumped the last fence which was 2’9″…she was perfect and that’s the highest I’ve jumped any horse while standing up.”
