Bent Jensen’s LMFAO Freestyle
Rumors have been circulating that Olympian Bent Jensen debuted an LMFAO freestyle at Dressage Under the Stars (Fla.). Now we have proof.
Dressage rider Mary B. Lauritsen posted video evidence on twitter:
Judges Bill McMullin, Margaret Duprey and Karen Robinson rewarded Jensen and his 13-year-old Liberty Light with impossibly high scores of 10, 19 and 20 for their costume, choreography and “I’m Sexy and I Know It” music selection, according to Horsetalk.
Jensen, who donned an afro, neon spandex and “PARTY ROCK” tank-top in the style of LMFAO’s Redfoo, told Horsetalk: “I got the inspiration just from watching YouTube videos, and I thought LMFAO would be a fun group to interpret and dance to. He is such a talented horse, and dancing to the beat is what he loves to do.”
Last year Jensen rode Vanessa Swartz’s Orlando in white go-go boots—stirrupless!—to win the Potomac Valley Dressage Association’s Ride for Life with a Lady Gaga-costumed freestyle.
Bent, you’re our hero.
