Man Arms: [man ahrms] noun, plural. The development of disproportionately large arm and shoulder muscles due to riding horses that pull or lean. Condition may be bilateral or one-sided. (Ex. “Have you seen Kaitlyn’s left Man Arm? She must be riding dressage again on Nemo.”) Other contributing factors may include stall cleaning, putting up hay and unloading bags of feed.
