Best of Craigslist: Don't mess with Texas
The Lone Star State is on fire this week when it comes to Craiglist ads (see here and here). Reader Laura S. sent us two more.

i have a 2 yr old filly that just turned 2 she is grogeous i have been doing ground work with her,,Dreamer is halter broke ferrier bathe everything u can think of for a 2yr is and has been done with dreamer i have even put a saddle on her and lunged her and no buck..shes gret with kids dogs ect im asking 1000 or obo..you can email me for more details here are a few pics i took of dreamer a week ago 254-289-8617..i have been puttin the saddle on her and lunging her with no buck, also put some sand bags on her and she still didnt buck she is becoming a great horse. i have rode her bareback put a saddle on her and her last owner rode her…shes a great horse..she can be rode english or western..visit www.facebook.com/TJsEquine for futher pics

Buckskin Mare – $450 (Buckholts)
Here is a Super nice mare for sale cheap. She has a nice pedigree which you can look over with this link: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/dont+get+me+started She has given us real nice babies and she throws a lot of color. She is a very easy keeper and needs nothing more than a good pasture to keep her fat and happy. She is also an easy breeder. I am selling her as a brood mare. We purchased and used her strictly as a brood mare. To my knowledge she has never been ridden and I just lead her where I wanted her with a feed bucket. I never did put a halter on her. I do think however that she would be easy to break for riding if that's what you want to do. She is perfectly sound. I don't have a current coggins but will get one if a deposit is placed on her. I AM WILLING TO BARTER.

17 year old mare, never ridden, never even had a halter on, leads with a bucket of food…… but perfectly sound and would be easy to break to ride “if that’s what you want.” No coggins, but “WILLING TO BARTER”.
