News: ‘Horse DNA found in ground beef sold at Taco Bell in Britain’
Oh, Taco Bell. Always thinking outside the bun. Anyway, that’s the headline from a Fox News story on the horse meat scandal’s latest victim.

All three of the Taco Bell outlets in Britain reported horse in their ground beef after participating in government-mandated product testing. According to the story, “Taco Bell has since removed the contaminated products, saying they came from a supplier in Europe.”
The good news: Stateside Taco Bell products are safe (er, as safe as Taco Bell products possibly can be).
Taco Bell U.S. released this statement earlier today: “Our domestic restaurants have not been, and will not be, impacted because we do not use any meat from Europe. We stand for quality and we use 100% premium beef. Like all beef in the United States, ours is USDA inspected and then passes our own 20 quality checkpoints.” (Of course, they gloss over the fact that their ground beef is actually only 88% beef and 12% “Signature Recipe.” What is “Signature Recipe”? Nevermind–we don’t want to know.)
When will the madness end? Who knows. In the meantime, let’s just all sit back and try to enjoy this video of a girl riding her horse around the Taco Bell drive-thru.

Don’t think about it too hard. Your head might explode.
