Cavalia’s ‘Odysseo’ sets up camp in Miami
Members of the press turned out today to gawk at the colossal venue that will house Odysseo, set to premier in Miami on Feb. 29. The big-top tent spans more than 100,000 square feet, larger than an NFL football field.
The show’s producers describe Odysseo as an “innovative, new show that pays tribute to nature and the breathtaking landscapes horses have helped humans to discover around the globe.” The performance entail 50s performers and 71 horses. Its U.S. premier took place in Atlanta in December 2011. The Miami show will be held in the city’s Bicentennial Park.
Tickets are on sale now from $49.50 to $119.50 + applicable fees. For guests who desire an extraordinary outing, the show can be customized for an extended experience from $159.50 to $219.50, including a Horse Lovers Package that lets patrons tour the Cavalia stables after the show, and the VIP Rendez-Vous Package which includes a tour of the stables after the show, a cocktail/dinner reception and much more.
