Tuesday Video: Dressage, Explained
When you try to explain dressage to your non-equestrian friends.
For equestrians, we have a limited audience when it comes to talking about our horses, our discipline, and our passion. Some of us are lucky enough to have non-equestrian friends who will humor us, but they never really get it. This is especially true for those of us who compete in disciplines with very technical aspect and terminology. Sometimes we have to get a bit creative when trying to describe those disciplines to our non-horsey friends. Dressage is a great example of this… and this video looks pretty darn accurate.
