It’s better than a lot of people’s forward piaffe…
There are days (many of them, in fact) that really put my own riding into perspective. Harsh, harsh perspective. Today is one of those days (and I’m only on my first half cup of coffee). The impetus for this perspective is videos like this one, where Carl Hedin shows his skill at riding a piaffe… bareback… backwards.
Meanwhile, I’m over here like, “I lunged my horse two days ago. So, you know, things are getting pretty serious…”
