Thursday Video: You Can Do It, Cuddles!

This jockey clearly is ready for the Derby.

It’s Derby Week 2.0. Derby brings to mind mint juleps, “Say Something” hats and skilled jockeys piloting their horses around the 10 furloughs at Churchill Downs. For some of us, it means thinking about what it would be like to gallop at top speed around that one-and-a-quarter mile while we sit astride our own horses, ambling in a big circle in the arena or along the trail.

But this pint-sized jockey really has a taste of what it’s like to gallop a race — and encourage his horse across the finish line. Just try not to smile when you hear him say, “You can do it, Cuddles!” We’re not sure what his odds are, but we’d bet on this pair.
