‘Oh Crap’ Monday

Monday is already the crappiest day of the week, so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment gleaned from the internet.

There’s a well-worn saying: “that’s like shutting the barn door after the horse has gone.” The phrase refers to a measure taken too late, such as putting on sunscreen after you’re already burnt.

Of course, the phrase doesn’t take into account those athletic horses that can just figure out how to go over the door, like this particularly talented fellow:

But hey, we’ll give this handler plenty of credit — because she did shut the arena door, even though the horse had already leapt out. That’s what we call a responsible horsewoman. Now hustle out there and go find your horse…
