Armando Costa Neto became the National Cutting Horse Association’s first-ever Non-Pro to win the NCHA Triple Crown!

It’s not just Thoroughbreds that have a Triple Crown these days: cutting horses and riders also seek to capture three elusive wins in the Futurity, the Super Stakes and the Summer Spectacular. With the recent conclusion of the NCHA Summer Spectacular, Armando Costa Neto netted the third win he needed to complete his Triple Crown — and made cutting horse history by doing so as the association’s first non-pro winner.
