‘Oh Crap’ Monday: At Least She Stayed In the Saddle…

Monday already is the crappiest day of the week, so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment.

One of my favorite things to watch is a well-trained horse that knows how to stop on its haunches. Even better is one that can slide. It’s always an impressive sight to see… well, almost always. A big part of what makes it so impressive is seeing how well the riders sit the slide, their seats deep in the saddle, driving the horse into the maneuver. The only thing is, that only works if the saddle stays in place. And it certainly didn’t in this “oh crap” moment.

To be fair, she did stay in the saddle. So kudos to her.
