Rainy Day Doodles: Horse Drawing Tutorials

Looking for something to do on a rainy day? How about learning to draw a horse — or two?!

Here at Horse Nation’s home base, it’s a grey, wet day. And it promises to stay that way. It’s one of those days that makes you want nothing more than to stay curled up inside with a cozy blanket and a warm beverage. Although binging our favorite shows is high on the list of “things we’d like to do today,” why not also learn a new skill?

Okay, so maybe it’s not so much of a skill as it is a … vaguely useful and entertaining thing to be able to do when you’re writing notes to your barn mates on the whiteboard? (Oddly specific, I know. But I’m also fairly confident many of you can relate.)

In any case, here are two drawing tutorials to help you better be able to draw horses. One is a cartoon and the other is … somewhat less so. Enjoy!
