‘Oh Crap’ Monday: More Expectations vs. Reality
Monday already is the crappiest day of the week…
… so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment.
As someone with an affinity for off-track Thoroughbreds, I absolutely get where this rider is coming from. When you get your first off-tracker, you have visions of galloping along the trail, your horse enjoying the opportunity to show of its race training and stretch its legs while you experience a level of freedom and exhilaration that can only come from running at high speeds on the back of a horse.

Then you get your first ex-racehorse, and expectations don’t always alight with reality. Sometimes, in fact, reality results in a number of “oh crap” moments. Like this one, shared by by Instagrammer conqueringhero (keep your sound on for full entertainment value):
