‘Oh Crap’ Monday: Dumb Ways to Die

Monday already is the crappiest day of the week…

… so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment.

We recently discovered the “dumb ways to die” series on TikTok. Most equestrians will not be surprised to learn that accidents on horses are featured quite regularly. These videos are the stuff of nightmares. They definitely qualify as “oh crap” moments… at the VERY least. Some turned our stomachs so much that we refuse to share them (but feel free to take a look for yourself if you’re a masochist), but since it is Monday, we couldn’t help but share at least one “oh crap” moment.

This one is still stomach-turning, but you will be relieved to know everyone made it out just fine. The OP was able to reply to comments and even let everyone know that her horse went on to try to turn the second on its own. Also, this makes us quite thankful for the arena drag drivers who maintain good ground. Rodeo ground isn’t for the faint of heart. 😬
