‘Oh Crap’ Monday: Bad Day for a Swim
Monday already is the crappiest day of the week, so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment.
Before we even get started, here’s the disclaimer: the horse is okay. We fully recognize how badly this situation could have gone. However, since it turned out well, we can marvel at this for what it is — a phenomenally crappy situation that we’re quite sure had everyone involved thinking “oh crap” more than once.
We’re not sure what lead to this horse breaking through the pool cover to take a little swim, but we’re pretty sure it now regrets all of its life choices up to this point… and so do its handlers… and the property owners.
Fortunately, a situation that could have gone horribly, horribly wrong, has a happy ending. We’re also pretty impressed with the creative use of the hay bales. Well done, rescuers!
