Thursday Video: Ponying and … Calving?

This guy knows how to get his animals from one place to another…

… but what’s it called when you pony a bovine off of another bovine? When you lead a horse while on the back of another horse, you pony it. When you’re on the back of a cow, are you calving the other cow? But that brings to mind other connotations. Maybe you’re just steering it (hah — see what we did there?).
