CLM DWN: ‘Oh Crap’ Monday

Monday is already the crappiest day of the week, so it only makes sense that we make things official. Here’s our latest “oh crap” moment.

It’s always great to see a horse who loves its job. When we see horses who choose to work cows, turn barrels or do reining spins in their free time, we know that those are horses who really enjoy their work. Then there’s Lismakeera Brewski, a horse who really loves going cross country. He and his rider, Gabrielle Ruane, parted ways in the Chattahoochee Hills Advanced, but the gelding knew exactly where he was supposed to go next. You can’t fault a horse with so much try and willingness to continue to do its job. Although we’re pretty sure Gabrielle Ruane was thinking “Oh crap.”
