Photo Challenge: 19 Readers And Their Ribbons
Celebrating reader successes — big and small!
If there’s one thing we always love seeing, it’s the smiling, happy faces (both human and equine) that come with a fun day at a horse show and better yet when those faces are accompanied by a ribbon. Here are 19 Horse Nation readers and their ribbons!

“We are usually ut we fancy pranced to second place overall Training 3 and fourth overall Training 2! As you can tell he was disappointed he had to load back on the trailer without any jumping!” Photo by Merrilyn Ratliff.

“This pic is from 2002 ish. I was SO EXCITED about that sixth place ribbon and I paraded it around and gave my pony Hawk lots of love for it. My parents didn’t have the heart to tell me that there were only six in the class! We still have the pony, he just turned 28!” Submitted by KC Cordell, photo by Robin Cordell.

“Her first ribbon – nobody tell her she was the only one in the halter class!” Photo by Christy Castle.

“A year ago today, my 9 y/o niece and her QH’s winnings in the barrel classes.” Photo by Ami N Jamie Smith.
Keep an eye out for next week’s 24-hour photo challenge! We announce challenge subjects on Monday around the end of the day on both Instagram and Facebook.
