Ecovet Presents Mind Your Melon: Bourkestead Derby

Looking to get your competition fix? So is the team at Bourke Eventing.

We’re all feeling a bit starved for horse shows about now. This has lead to some rather creative attempts to get our competition fix. The crew at Bourke Eventing has joined in with excellent results.

They set up their own competition, complete with built-in handicaps (such as the #toiletrollchallenge, riding bareback, riding in a halter and lead rope, etc.) and manageable jump heights. Oh, and plenty of rewards for their patient ponies after they had completed their shenanigans.

Is there more to come? Most likely. And they’re taking requests for future handicaps. What do you want to see them do?
