Enjoying the four-day weekend in style. Thank goodness it’s Friday!

For those of us in the United States, having the 4th of July fall on a Thursday means we not only get to celebrate Independence Day, but also we get a four-day weekend. In rare cases like these, Fridays are even more luxurious. They mark not the long-awaited end of the work week, but the mere half-way point of the extended weekend.
