Kentucky Performance Products: Baby Steps
By Lisa Barry, FEI 3* Rider and Trainer
When teaching your horse a new skill or when learning a new movement yourself, don’t get stuck when things aren’t going perfectly. Horses can be complex creatures and humans are emotional beings. Learning new skills takes time. Tiny steps in the right direction are actually quite big!
Sponsored by Elevate® Maintenance Powder. Elevate provides essential natural vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy muscle and nerve functions. Vitamin E supports a forward, cooperative attitude during training and competition because it reduces muscle soreness before and after work.
