World Equestrian Brands HC: OTTBs for the Win!

As we anticipate the announcement on February 1 of trainer acceptance for the 2019 Thoroughbred Makeover, relive the winning ride from the 2018 Makeover with Elisa Wallace and Reloaded!

It’s easy to forget that the mustang queen, Elisa Wallace, sometimes rides horses that don’t bear the BLM brand. The accomplished eventer who found fame with the tiny, talented mustang Fledge, has a soft spot for thoroughbreds as well. Just this past year, the decorated rider and her OTTB Reloaded were named champions of the Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Makeover, amongst a very competitive field of contestants (including our very own, very talented, Kristen Kovatch, Meagan Delisle and Kate Samuels).

As the 2019 Retired Racehorse Project trainers get to work with their newly off the track mounts, they can look back on Elisa’s winning ride for inspiration.
