Thursday Video: The Splash ‘N Dash

Now THIS, my friends, is barrel racing.

Barrel racing, for its individual intricacies, doesn’t really change a lot. There aren’t a lot of new developments in the barrel racing pattern or the method of approach, deceleration, turn and acceleration away that make barrel racing so exciting.

But there IS the Splash ‘N Dash.

The premise is simple, but boy does it add a brand-new element to the barrel race: competitors pick up a Solo cup full of wine on their round of the barrel, chug it before the next turn and keep the good times rolling.
