EcoVet Performance of the Week: Jessica Springsteen Soars to LGCT Speed Class Victory
Jessica Springsteen and RMF Tinkerbell certainly found their wings in the Longines Global Champions Tour speed class over the weekend. Watch the performance here!
Jessica Springsteen is more than “the Boss’s daughter.” Sure, she may have a slight advantage on some of us with a well-known dad who might have kicked in a bit of funding for his daughter’s horsey habit, and yeah, she’s Gucci’s equestrian ambassador (and looks amazing in that role, by the way) and okay, she had that walk-on bit in Gossip Girl (obviously my priorities are in the right places here) BUT under all of that… the girl can ride, and she’s a horse lover to the core.
Springsteen has been part of the Longines Global Champions Tour for several years, and we’re happy to report that our homegirl got a win this past weekend in Chantilly, France in the speed round. Aboard RMF Tinkerbell, Springsteen managed to shave a full second plus some off of the leading time set by Abdel Saïd of Egypt, stopping the clock at 61.18 seconds.

French rider Edward Levy came close, but not close enough, taking second place with a time of 61.92.
Springsteen actually won this class a few years ago aboard her strong jumper Davendy, so that great big ribbon really feels like home.
Go riding!
