There are fantasies, and then there are FANTASIES. This one is the latter category, and I’m positively giddy to share it with all my fellow horse poor fantasizers. We hit the big-time this week.

There are always going to be those people who don’t go for the deep southwestern pink adobe, but I am not one of those people, and you shouldn’t be either. It’s marvelous. There, I said it.

The current listing price of $4.97 million is nothing to sniff at, but according to the listing agent, that’s a value worth 1/4 of what it would cost to replace it. So basically, you need this as an investment or what not. Even if you don’t want to live there yourself.
