#NationalEquineVetWeek: ‘Thank You’ Video Series

Amateur riders and professionals alike all rely on their hardworking equine vets — and these riders are taking a few moments to say thank you!

Our friends at SmartPak have teamed up with Henry Schein Animal Health and the Northeast Association of Equine Practitioners (NEAEP) to celebrate the first annual National Equine Veterinarians Week from September 18 through the 25! While all of us in all facets of the industry understand that horses are hard work, few individuals put in the kinds of hours and hard work that are considered routine in the career of equine veterinarian. SmartPak is seeking to recognize and thank our equine vets for all that they do.

Last week, we encouraged you to send a thank-you message for your equine veterinarian to SmartPak, and they’ve now put together a few different videos with some of those messages!

These videos reflect multiple aspects of the veterinary industry: research, emergencies, surgery, routine care, lameness, and so much more. If you’ve ever enjoyed a happy, healthy horse, then you too can thank a hardworking equine vet somewhere along the way.
