Brittany Hook: I had to travel to Singapore for 17 days- the longest I had ever been away from my horse AND right after she was diagnosed with a health issue. Dear Boyfriend (who had never been around horses before we dated, save some guided trail rides) asked me to teach him to groom, and made sure she got her hooves picked regularly, and bathed the sweat/dirt off, and even FaceTimed with me to make sure my girl was well taken care of! Then for Christmas, went out on his OWN to get me a grooming vac and her a Nose It, which has become her favorite toy. He's a keeper!

Parry Kietzman: This is my husband crewing for me (or taking a break from crewing, apparently) at the Tevis Cup, a grueling 100 mile ride through the Sierras that must be completed within 24 hours of starting. People say that being a crew member at Tevis is harder than actually riding it!
