Bernie Traurig revisits a winning classic hunter round from the late ’70s.

The horse is Circuit Breaker, and the competition is the Working Hunter Classic at Chagrin Valley Horse Show in Ohio. In addition to Bernie’s successful career in the hunter ring (he won both the AHSA Medal and ASPCA Maclay Finals as a junior and was inducted into the National Show Hunter Hall of Fame in 2009), he achieved success in show jumping, dressage and eventing. Today he maintains a popular website, EquestrianCoach.com,  featuring instructional videos from top riders.
