Good to know.
The USA Reining Team got in on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in grand style all the way from JayKay Farm in France. (And then proceeded to nominate just about every other NRHA professional not traveling with them.)
Lynn Symansky and Donner doing what they do best in Chantilly in a training session.
The US Dressage Team has arrived in Caen! I can’t imagine how much work is involved in packing a barn for overseas travel…but they seem to be smiling regardless!
The US Endurance Team has completed team processing (and looks super snazzy in their jackets.)
Team Netherlands can’t resist the opportunity to take a selfie (and who can blame them? #WEG2014!)
Some of the most fascinating photos are coming from the vaulting camp–like this one from USA vaulter Mary McCormick.

And of course, Normandy itself prepares for the opening ceremonies!
But if anyone could be described as winning at WEG preparation, it’s gotta be Tim McQuay, who has discovered France’s culinary delights in the form of the croissant.
Go Riding!
