JAWS: Racehorse Edition
Danger cones are used for a reason in a shedrow. This guy is about to discover exactly what that reason is. (Hint: It has something to do with “danger.”)
From the Paulick Report:
You never know what’s lurking in the darkened stall of a racetrack barn. Could be a horse that’s tired of eating oats.
The video monitoring system at Parx Racing near Philadelphia captured this incident on the backstretch.
Editor’s note: I know what some of you guys are thinking and, I agree, it wasn’t very nice of the guy to throw the water into the stall afterwards. Even if the horse did try to bite his head off, he should’ve been paying attention to where he was going (hello, afore-mentioned danger cones).
Many thanks to reader Lynn for the tip!
Go Riding.
