Real Estate: Tim McGraw & Faith Hill selling $20M Tennessee horse farm
The country music power-couple has put its Franklin, Tenn., estate on the market–and we’ve got pictures!
According The Tennessean, the 753-acre estate includes a 3,330-square-foot circa-1850 log “cabin”…
…a fixer-upper 6,800-square-foot antebellum home, built in 1856 and once owned by Hank Williams Sr….
…two other guest houses and, most importantly, a 12-stall barn.

Hmm… the equestrian bits actually look pretty normal and utilitarian. Just down-to-earth country folks, eh?
Ewww! Get a room, y’all. Oh wait, I forgot…

In addition to the horse farm, Tim and Faith own two other homes in the Nashville area: a custom-built mansion they share with their three daughters and another house currently on the market for $2.9 million. They also own a private 17-acre island in the Bahamas, which includes a 15,000-square-foot main home and three smaller houses for the staff.
A big thanks to Helene Gallagher for the tip!
