A great big Horse Nation welcome to Abbie Golden, our new Social Media Director!

Not only is Abbie an amazing rider (look at that scarypants fence she’s jumping!), she’s good with words and handy with a computer.

Abbie is also super-nice and has been a long-time contributor to Horse Nation’s mothership, Eventing Nation.

She’ll be taking over social media duties from Team Jenni/Leslie, which is great because (1) Jenni is usually off covering some horse show on some other continent  and (2) I have no idea what I’m doing most of the time.

Nonetheless, Horse Nation’s Facebook page has really taken off over the past year–we even got nominated for a 2013 Equestrian Social Media Award.
