Video du Jour: Olympic blast-from-the-past

Bernadette Kilcer sent us a link to this footage of cross-country at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. Expect thrills, spills and more spills–and of course no one is wearing a helmet!

I found the video of the water jump on Part II particularly entertaining–staying upright seemed to be the exception rather than the rule.
