Friday Roll Call: What are your plans for the weekend?

Me, I’m hitting the road for Tryon, North Carolina for a weekend of galloping and lessoning with my wonderful jumping coach, Amy Barrington.

Our first event, Sporting Days in Aiken, SC, is only three weekends from now so it’s definitely crunch time. Luckily they offer an IP division (Intermediate dressage and show-jumping, Prelim cross-country) so Esprit can ease into things a bit, and then we’ll have three more weeks of fitness work before we tackle his first full Intermediate at Poplar Place in Georgia. Yay!
