Thursday Morning Feed from Fleeceworks
Fleeceworks is a fierce supporter of so many riders and events, it can be hard to keep up with them sometimes! Here’s a roundup of what they’ve been into of late.
Fair Hill International Horse Trials, which took place last weekend in Maryland, featured a two- and three-star CCI eventing competition, the East Coast Young Event Horse Championships, and the PRO Bareback Show Jumping Challenge.
Fleeceworks has been a big advocate of the USEA Young Event Horse program since it began, both as a sponsor (Fleeecworks team rider Danny Warrington presented prizes at the East Coast Championships) and as an owner (Fleeceworks Cinco, a stunning gray superstar-in-the-making owned by Fleeceworks’ Judy McSwain and ridden by Tamra Smith bested the West Coast Championships 5-year-old competition this year).
Additionally, Fleeceworks sponsored a contest to see what place Danny would get in the PRO Bareback Show Jumping Challenge on his “secret weapon,” a pony! Danny had the fastest time but pulled two rails to finish in 6th place. Kate Wooten Diamond won the random drawing with her correct guess to win a set of Fleeceworks halter fleeces and a baby pad–congrats Kate!
On other fronts, Fleeceworks is proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for the Grand Prix Hunter Derby, the Pony Hunter Classic and the WINS Pony Classic at the Del Mar Fall Festival.
Thank you, Fleeceworks, for your dedication to supporting equestrian sport.
Go Fleeceworks, and Go Riding!
