The Thoroughbred Chronicles: An update

In February we ran a story about Kait Schultz and Tesla Parker–two university students with a big idea: buying, retraining and selling ex-racers… for a grade. They sent us this update.

I just wanted to send you a quick update on Pogo and Ryker at the Thoroughbred Chronicles. Both are jumping well and are officially posted for sale (here for Pogo and here for Ryker), and we have plenty of updated videos and pictures on the blog site. Pogo has been schooling small gymnastics with 3’3″ on the last fence (as seen in the video below), has started jumping lines and will be schooling small courses this week. Ryker has been focusing more on flat work, but has also started jumping lines and is slowly working up to getting comfortable in gymnastics.
