Morning Feed: Mon., March 12

My friend Jocelyn remarked on Facebook yesterday: “Today should be a horse person’s holiday. An extra hour of sunlight means 1. You have time to actually groom your horse before you ride 2. You don’t have to speed to beat the sun after work 3. You can find your horse when you get to the barn! All good things… Thanks sun.”

I totally agree. As an added bonus, I’m not naturally a morning person (unless I’m at a horse show, for which I will bounce out of bed at any hour with a smile on my face). So the time shift makes me feel like I’m waking up earlier than I actually am. I guess it’s a good thing I don’t have a normal 9-to-5 job.
