Combined Driving: World Cup selection trial kicks off tomorrow in Fla.
Eighteen FEI Advanced singles should make for an exciting competition at the Little Everglades International Combined Driving Event. The four-day event runs Feb. 24-27 and tests teams of horses and their drivers in numerous events, including dressage, obstacles and the ever-popular heart-stopping marathon course. Spectators are encouraged to turn out to watch the world-class teams compete.

When: Thursday through Sunday
Where: Little Everglades Ranch/ 17951 Hamilton Road/ Dade City, Fla.
Admission: $10 for spectators
Schedule of events: Dressage starting at 11 a.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday; cross-country marathon carriage racing starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, along with a silent auction, a classic car show, arts and crafts vendors, festival food vendors; Jack Russell terrier races from 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday; obstacle competition starting at 9 a.m. Sunday.
